Cancellation Policy

I PRIDE MYSELF ON PROVIDING YOU WITH AN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: First time clients are asked to PLEASE use the online booking system, as l require a deposit for all chemical service. No deposit means no appointment!! If you are booking for a - Fantasy Color - Color Correction - Extentions I ask that you please provide a valid phone number that can reach you, to do a consultation via text message or you may book for a sit-down consultation before your actual appointment. (these services require me to by specific products.) *PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT!!* 2. REFUND POLICY: I do NOT issue refunds on any services. However, should you have a questions or concerns about the service you have received in my chair, please notify me within a week of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At the time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling, to make adjustments that are made available to you at no cost only within the week of the initial service. After a week without being notified of an issue, it will be considered a completely different service and will have to be paid for. By booking an appointment with me you are agreeing with my policies. RESCHEDULING & CANCELING 1.1 require a 24 hour notice in order to cancel & receive deposit refund or to reschedule an appointment. 2. No call/ No show will NOT be rescheduled and charged 100% of the service starting price. A credit card is necessary to hold your appointment, as well as to protect my time & schedule from client "No shows" or late cancellation. Your credit card will ONLY be processed in the event of a "No show" 3. A 10 minute grace period will be given for appointments, after 15 minutes with out a phone call or text to inform me if you ETA, your appointment will be rescheduled unless I say otherwise!!
